Medicare Mondays

ECS offers free professional assistance for your insurance needs and questions. Stop in for a 15-minute session during our walk-in hours on Mondays from 10am-3pm. Other times are available by appointment.
Medicare Monday walk-ins are on hold during Medicare’s Open Enrollment from October 15 – December 7 each year.

Walk-in Wednesdays

No appointment is necessary, however, please call beforehand to ensure availability.

Stop in for a 15-minute session! The Information and Assistance Department has specialists who are available for walk-ins on Wednesdays from 10am-3pm.

If DeKalb Public Schools are closed due to weather ECS will also be closed. ECS observes most federal holidays.
